Now that "non-essential" retailers are allowed to re-open it's possible for us to open our warehouse store in Swindon as of Monday 12th April 2021.
As before there are some changes and precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers.
- Our store has a large open space to freely browse while maintaining social distancing of 2m (approx. 6ft) per customer. You will be able to try on items in our store but if you prefer you can buy and try on items at home and return them for a refund if they don't meet your needs.
- We expect queues into the building at busy periods, customers are asked to observe social distancing when queuing outside of our building and follow the instructions of our staff to ensure safe queuing. We have also set up separated entrance and exit arrangements.
- We have installed stations around the store with hand sanitiser and are performing regular cleans of the store.
All of these measures are intended to keep you and our staff safe and we look forward to welcoming you back to our store!

Orders Awaiting Pickup/Collection
If you've placed an order for collection from our Swindon Warehouse Store you will receive an email letting you know that the order is "Awaiting Pickup" when your order can be collected. Just bring your awaiting pickup notification email with you to the store and collect your order from the counter. This will be In a contact free manner whilst Covid-19 procedures are in place.
