Multi-composite shell: combines carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass with pre-preg epoxy resin to deliver lightweight strength, energy dissipation, radial strength, and penetration resistance. PLASMA inserts: integrated into the collarbone recesses to provide high-performance shock absorption and help reduce injury risk during a slide. Wide field of vision: provides 220° peripheral and 57° vertical vision through an optimized eye port and rider head position for improved awareness on track and road. Size-specific EPS liner: uses seven pieces in six densities, precisely matched to each helmet size and its corresponding outer shell for optimized impact absorption. Low-friction slip plane: Alpinestars’ patented EPS coating helps reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts, exceeding the ECE 22.06 Peak Rotational Acceleration standard by 80%. ECE 22.06 and DOT homologated: the S-R7 meets both ECE 22.06 and DOT helmet standards. Optical Class 1 shield: ECE 22.06 homologated shield features double-sided anti-scratch treatment and variable thickness from 1.6 mm at the sides to 2.6 mm at the center. Pinlock® compatible: shield pins accommodate a Pinlock® 120XLT 100% Max Vision lens. Secure shield locking: premium polymer locking lever helps prevent unwanted shield detachment during impacts or crashes and can be secured closed through the frontal metal hook. Tool-less visor release: secure quick-release system allows easy visor removal and replacement without tools. Shield sealing mechanism: side mechanisms allow the shield to rotate and move to seal completely against the helmet’s rubber window trim. A-Head Fitment System: patented micro-adjustable system connected to the EPS liner allows helmet height, depth and fore-aft angle to be tuned to the rider. Sliding top vent: movable upper section reveals three internal air channels for increased airflow and cooling. Chin-bar extractor vents: two lateral exhaust ports remove humid air from the helmet interior. Rear extractor vents: two exhaust ports integrated into the rear spoiler support effective hot-air extraction. Removable comfort lining: all linings are removable and washable and feature anti-microbial fabric treatments. 3D cheek pads: fitted foam construction includes eyewear channels, an Emergency Release System and an integrated hydration tube channel. Orders must be placed before 1pm for same-day dispatch.

Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery within the UK.

For deliveries outside the UK, please allow 5-7 working days.

Next working day delivery cut-off time is 13:00.

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the following working day. Deliveries to Ireland and Scotland may take an extra day depending on your location.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday. If you have paid for Next Working Day delivery, your delivery will be due on the Tuesday.
