We got to work as soon as we could developing a system that would not only perform better than stock but one that would make the new 450's more controllable and more connected. Days of dyno and rider testing put our new RS-12 Signature Series exactly where we wanted it. Packing lots of punch for these two 450cc European machines. Concerned about weight? Tipping the scale at 8.1 lbs. this new RS-12 is light!

This new system is the first Yoshimura production motocross exhaust to incorporate a resonator on the header and in the muffler. This new header resonator unlocks bottom and midrange power to not only make the new Austrian bikes more powerful, but provides more rider connectivity. Adding 5.9% more peak HP and 6.9% max torque, this RS-12 has all the boxes ticked for what can add up to lots of podiums.

• Works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with industry leading design and innovation end cap detailing as expected from Yoshimura
• Carbon end cap covers inner cap mounted design improves durability, and eases servicing as compared to other sandwich mounting designs most commonly found in the industry
• New patent pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring makes it easy to install and remove sound inserts and spark arresters
• Tapered muffler body inlet design of RS-12 enables the system to be pushed forward thus helping with weight centralization without sacrificing performance

UK Delivery Times

Orders must be placed before 1pm for same-day dispatch.

Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery within the UK.

For deliveries outside the UK, please allow 5-7 working days.

Next working day delivery cut-off time is 13:00.

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the following working day. Deliveries to Ireland and Scotland may take an extra day depending on your location.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday. If you have paid for Next Working Day delivery, your delivery will be due on the Tuesday.
