Online Orders- How do I return an Item bought online?
If you've received your item(s) and want to return them, no problem - we will happily refund or exchange any item purchased, not including the shipping costs.
We have a fast and easy procedure that'll keep you informed every track of the way - just follow these simple instructions :
- Download the PDF Returns Form and complete it - Download it here
- Package up the items you are returning and include the completed Returns Form
- Visit the 'Order Status' page - You'll find this on the website in the top menu bar
- Click on the 'View Order Details' button of the order containing the items you wish to return
- Follow the on-screen 'Returns' instructions
(The last 3 steps are not necessary if you checked out as a guest)
• item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt - item(s) must be unused, and supplied in their original packaging
• item(s) must have a completed Returns Form.
• You can only return item(s) online that have been completed and delivered.
• Any orders that you've placed online and in-progress will need to be cancelled manually (should you wish to cancel them).
• Call 01793 496464 to cancel any orders manually.

Changed your mind, and simply don't want the item(s) ?
No problem, just complete the returns procedure above and send back the items, we will refund you for the item without the shipping cost.
Who pays for the postage on returned items?
If you return something because you don't like the colour or the size is wrong, or you simply don't want it anymore, then you will need to pay the return postage cost.
How quick are returns processed?
We aim to process all returns as soon as possible and you'll be kept up to speed every step of the way with automated emails.

You'll be kept up to speed every step of the way with automated emails - however, you can always Log In to your account and see the status of all your orders.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt - goods must be unused, and supplied in their original packaging. Any returned item(s) are your responsibility until we received them - we recommend you return item(s) via recorded delivery or registered post to cover yourself against any loss. Goods will be refunded by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
