The staff at Motorcycle Mega Stores Ltd have a right to work in a non-threatening environment at all times. We reserve the right to refuse sale of any Products, services and/or contact with any individual or company who displays threatening behaviour towards our staff.

Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the service you receive from us, please write to us at Unit D, Athena Avenue, Elgin Industrial Estate, Swindon. SN2 8EJ.
You can also telephone us on 01793 496464. We will try to put you through to the appropriate member of staff. Sometimes it takes a while and they may need to ask for more information. This is to help you.
We aim to respond to you within 20 working days.
If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time (for example, if your complaint requires more detailed investigation), we will tell you what is being done and when you can expect a full response.
We will acknowledge where things could have been done better, and tell you what will be done to avoid the same thing happening again. Equally, if we do not uphold your complaint, we will let you know why.
Our response to you will include details of what to do if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly. You should start by contacting us again, asking for your complaint to be passed on to a more senior member of staff.
